I grew up in Bethesda, MD but have lived in Colorado for 16 years 🏔️. My main activity outside of work is practicing and hosting Zen programs with an incredible local community. The practice is centered on meditation and cultivating attentional skills 🧘. You can also find me swimming laps with my local Masters group 🏊, or drawing in my sketchbook at the Grown Ups Table 🎨.

My most recent professional role was as the Program Manager for the Boulder Zen Center, which combined non-profit administration, marketing and visual design, and customer support. I have also cultivated my design skills in my experience as a custom framer, and by co-leading the rebrand and launch of a small lodging business called the Boulder Guest House.
